Dear Prospective Partner Districts/Organizations,
We are delighted that you are considering Med Life Plus to provide first-aid and portable medical information kits!
Med Life Plus is an international non-profit organization that donates first-aid and portable medical information kits to homeless shelters, senior living centers, day worker centers, communities, and impoverished districts. The organization is funded through fundraisers held by our volunteers and local benefactors.
After the funds are raised, we purchase the first-aid and portable medical information kits to deliver. Our donations are often between 100-200 first-aid and medical information kits.
We typically buy the first-aid and portable medical information kits using the funds 15 days after the initial fundraiser of any of our volunteers. The first-aid kits contain 163 items such as band-aids, prep pads, an emergency blanket, stainless steel tweezers, scissors, and more. All the items are securely placed in a sturdy, plastic container box kit. The portable medical information kits are zippered coin pouches that can be attached to a key chain/lanyard. They include a medical information form to help paramedics treat patients on-site in emergencies.
Med Life Plus's goal is two-folded. We use the funds to help homeless shelters, senior living centers, day worker centers, and impoverished communities and districts gain access to first-aid and portable medical information kits.
Please contact us for more information to partner with us. We look forward to hearing from you soon!
The Med Life Plus Team
Dear Prospective Volunteer,
We are delighted that you are interested in working with Med Life Plus! We would love to join you to our team, and there are several responsibilities you can take up as a volunteer.
One of the most common responsibilities is delivering the items to homeless shelters, senior living centers, day worker centers, and impoverished communities and districts. We take typically 15 days to raise the funds for the items, and after, we gather to purchase the kits.
The only qualifications are a passion for serving others and commitment to your job. If you begin by taking up the responsibility of holding fundraisers in your schools and neighborhoods, you will volunteer your time for two hours each week after school or on the weekends. You may receive volunteer service hours to turn into your school.
Please contact us for more information to get started today. We look forward to hearing from you soon!
